Faulty or Not as Described
If you receive a faulty product or one that is not as described on our website please email us at orders@thestorehousefremantle.com.au with a photo of the product within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and we will be in contact as soon as possible to discuss.
Missing Item
If your delivery does not include an item you ordered please email us at orders@thestorehousefremantle.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your delivery so that we can arrange for the item to be sent out to you as soon as possible.
Incorrect Item Received
We take care in packing our products however if we have sent you an incorrect item please advise us within 48 hours or receiving your delivery so we can arrange the items to be exchanged.
